Our recovery sessions focus on restoring your body’s ability to perform at its best, whether that means reducing post-workout soreness, improving flexibility, or even relieving the strain of daily activities.

What's Included

Every recovery session is tailored to how you train, how you feel walking in, and what you need to be ready for next. Your PT will walk you through each step and adjust based on your body’s response.

A structured recovery session using the right tools for your current body needs.

  • Normatec Compression Boots - Intermittent pneumatic compression targeting legs or hips to flush out soreness and promote circulation.
  • Red Light Sauna - Deep heat and red-light exposure that helps relieve tight muscles, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery.
  • Cupping - Myofascial decompression that increases blood flow, relieves muscle tension, and helps improve mobility in restricted areas.
  • Assisted Stretching - Guided mobility and flexibility work focused on improving range of motion and reducing muscle stiffness.
  • Hypervolt Massage Gun - Percussive therapy that stimulates muscle tissue, decreases tightness, and enhances recovery after training.
  • Compression Boots - Targets legs or hips. Boosts circulation and reduces soreness.
  • Red Light Sauna - Relieves muscles, reduces inflammation and accelerates recovery.
  • Cupping - Helps improve mobility, release muscle tension and increase blood flow.
